Store rewards, crate contents, seasonal items, and Battle Pass rewards may change between seasons, updates, events, or balance passes.

Purchase Delivery

Most purchases are delivered automatically in-game. Make sure you enter your Minecraft username correctly at checkout.

If Your Purchase Does Not Arrive

1. Wait a few minutes.
2. Relog into the server.
3. Check that you entered the correct Minecraft username.
4. If it still has not arrived, contact staff through a ticket to your purchase information.
